1. Who we are
Bali Visa Application is an independent editorial publisher and visa concierge. We are not the Government of Indonesia, not the Directorate General of Immigration (Imigrasi), and not a law firm. We do not issue visas, and we cannot decide or guarantee any immigration outcome.

All content on this site is general editorial information about visas, immigration and travel. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial or other professional advice, is not an offer to obtain a visa, and does not create any client relationship or contract. You should not act, or refrain from acting, solely on the basis of content here.
3. Accuracy and pricing
Visa rules, eligibility, fees, processing times and government systems change frequently and are applied case-by-case by Indonesian authorities. All prices shown are indicative USD ranges, last verified June 2026, separate official government fees from typical agent service fees, and exclude case-specific costs. Always confirm current requirements and fees on the official portal evisa.imigrasi.go.id and with a licensed agent before acting or paying.
4. No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee visa approval, entry to Indonesia, processing times, weather, wildlife sightings, or any specific result. Immigration decisions rest solely with the Indonesian authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the site, decisions you make, or the acts of any third-party agent or partner. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Referrals and independence
We are editorially independent; no agent or partner can pay to change a recommendation, ranking, or the fees we publish. 8. Third-party services
Any agent, travel partner or external service you engage is independent of us, and your dealings with them — including their fees, contracts and outcomes — are solely between you and them. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or services of third parties.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link, but may not republish substantial portions, scrape, or reuse our content commercially without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, submit unlawful or deceptive enquiries, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for misuse.

15. Definitions
“Site” means balivisaapplication.com and its content; “you” means the user; “we”/”us” means the operator of the Site; “partner” means an independent visa agent or travel provider we may introduce. “Content” means all text, images, tables, tools and materials on the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Site and submit an enquiry. By using the Site you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are using it for lawful travel and visa purposes.
17. User submissions
Information you submit through our form or messages must be truthful and your own to share. You grant us permission to use that information to assist you as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential third-party data without authority.
18. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in government policy, system outages, natural events, or actions of third parties such as immigration offices and agents.
19. Assignment, waiver and entire agreement
We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Editorial & Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
