Bali Visa Application is an independent visa guide and concierge — not a government service. We try to collect as little personal information as possible, and only what we need to answer your questions and improve the guide. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle the information you share with us. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
We collect the information you choose to send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or fill in a contact form, we receive what you type — typically your name or handle, your contact details, and the details of your visa question, such as your nationality and travel dates. We also collect basic, aggregated website analytics, like which pages are popular and the general region visitors come from, to understand how the guide is used.
We use what you share for a simple set of reasons: to understand your situation, answer your visa questions, and — if you ask — introduce you to a suitable licensed agent. We use anonymous analytics to see what is helpful and where the guide can be improved. We do not use your details to make automated decisions about you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing. We don’t spam you. We don’t share your conversation with anyone who isn’t helping you with the request you came to us with.
If you ask us to introduce you to a vetted visa agent, we will share the details necessary for them to help you — for example your nationality, dates and the service you need. We work with messaging, email and analytics providers to run the guide, and those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We only pass your details to an agent when you have asked us to.
You stay in control of what you share. You can choose not to send certain details, ask us what we hold about you, ask us to update or delete the messages you’ve sent us, or stop the conversation at any time. Most browsers also let you limit or clear analytics cookies. To make any request, just contact us using the details below.
